NexGrade Engineering prioritizes the health and safety of our employees, clients, and visitors. During COVID-19 NexGrade Engineering is resolved to remain open to support our clients. In thought of this NexGrade Engineering is committed to providing a safe and healthy workplace for all our employees, clients, and visitors. To ensure we have a safe and healthy workplace, NexGrade Engineering has developed a COVID-19 Preparedness Plan in response to the COVID-19 pandemic. Our goal is to mitigate the potential for transmission of COVID-19 in our workplaces and communities, and that requires full cooperation among our employees and management. Only through this cooperative effort can we establish and maintain the safety and health of all persons in our workplaces.
All employees will be asked to take a body temperature prior to arriving to the office and will be asked to return home should the fever be above normal. When face-to-face meetings are required for a specific job, the employee will be responsible for following the necessary local laws and regulations to minimize exposure to COVID-19 and at minimal wear the required PPE (face masks or shield). Any employee that comes into contact with a person with a confirmed COVID-19 positive test will be asked to remain home for a minimum of 2 weeks (14 days). NexGrade Engineering will require a Doctors written permission to allow the employee to return to work.
Some work will be required to be preformed at a clients facility. In the case of on-site work the followings social distancing guidelines are to be followed at all times:
- Maintaining a distanced at least six (6) feet apart at all times;
- Keeping hand sanitizer readily available;
- Maintaining clean workspace and equipment;
- Performing digital meetings or remote meetings as appose to of physical meetings when possible.
